TUCSON, AZ – Andy Potts Racing has selected TriSports.com as their exclusivetriathlon retail partner for 2017. Andy Potts Racing delivers individual, semi-custom, and season long training programs to its team members. As a pro triathlete, Olympian and multiple Ironman and Ironman 70.3 Champion, Andy Potts is one of the most admired and successful American triathletes in the history of the sport. A fan favorite everywhere he goes, Andy is now bringing his experience to triathletes of all levels through his racing team and camps.

Andy Potts Racing plans up to three triathlon camps this year, ranging from clinic/skill development camps to high volume and more intense camps with Andy Potts and his coaches. The first one, located in Tucson, AZ, was a great success and TriSports was thrilled to help with many aspects of the camp, including SAG support, bike rentals, and exclusive shopping event and more.

Andy Potts selected Tucson to be his host-city for his camp, “Arguably, Tucson offers the best layout in America for tri training during the winter months and has been the training grounds for some of the world’s best triathletes.
We are so excited to haveTriSports as our boots on the ground partner, as theirlocal knowledge, passion for the sport and dedication to the sport of triathlon has brought a really special element to our 1st AP racing camp. I have learned a lot through my career and it is now apparent to me that to help grow the sport, I need to share all of my knowledge. The AP Racing Team and this camp is part of that mission and I could not be more excited.”

TriSports Sponsorship Coordinator Pam Kallio explained, “Thanks to camps like Andy Potts Racing, we’re able to meet a spectrum of triathletes at varying stages of their triathlon career, and share our common enthusiasm for triathlon. We’ve put an emphasis in our sponsorship program moving forward to help support more camps, races, coaches, and athletes across the globe and share our passion for multisport and endurance sports. We love having the opportunity to partner with camps like Andy Potts Racing and provide value to the coaches, as well as the camp members.”
